About Academic Support

Academic SupportMany parents and teachers know that their students are intelligent, but find that traditional programs and methods fall short. Since not everyone can afford expensive tutoring, Academic Support seeks to reach those in need of affordable solutions.  The company was started by a special education teacher in 2003 who began by simply recommending educational software to parents, friends and relatives.  He soon realized that he could sell these products with confidence since he had seen them work firsthand with his own students.  The company began by carrying a phonics-based reading program and has since expanded by offering writing and math products as well. Whatever the subject, our mission is to offer solutions for special needs.
