WordQ writing aid software is a writing tool used along with standard Windows word processing software to provide spelling and reading assistance. It uses advanced word prediction to suggest words for you to use and provides spoken (text-to-speech) feedback.

WordQ writing aid software also acts as a text reader to help you proof-read your work or to read existing or scanned text; it'll even read the Internet to you! Users of all ages who have problems writing and editing can benefit, including those who have learning disabilities (LD) such as Dyslexia, or who are learning English as a second language (ESL).

WordQ writing aid software is currently available in US and Canadian English as well as Canadian French. Since its release in 2001, WordQ has become a recognized significant tool helping students with learning disabilities in special education.
